Core Server Rules: (Breaking these will result in permanent bans).
- Impersonation of a staff member in any way, shape or form will get you a 1 way ticket out of the server. Don't do it!
- Abusing players or staff will result in a ban from the server, if you've got nothing better to do with your time than cause trouble you should seek professional help, not take it out on others trying to have a good time.
- Causing multiple server crashes. This is a common sense rule, just don't waste our time teaching you it, learn it.
- Using any form of 3rd party software or scripts which give you an unfair advantage over other players.
General Server Rules:
- Don't RDM (Randomly killing someone for no reason) Doing this repeatedly may result in a kick to a 2 week ban, depending on the severity.
- Don't RDA (Randomly arresting someone without grounds) Doing this repeatedly may result in a kick to a 2 week ban, depending on the severity.
- Don't Baton Rush (Arresting a player while they have a gun on you) Doing this repeatedly may result in a kick to a 4 day ban, depending on the severity.
- Don't Failrp (Suiciding to get out of a mug or pulling out a gun and killing your mugger when he has a gun to your face. You must do as they say).
- Don't Metagame (Remembering who killed you in a previous life and then going and killing them for it).
- Any form of wire, Expression 2 or prop exploitation of the map will result in a permanent ban.
- Show everyone the same respect, you're all here to have fun.
- No prop killing, surfing, spamming or blocking. You will be warned if you are seen doing this. Depending on the situation you may be kicked.
- No screenshot spam this is an instant kick.
- /Advert is only to be used to advert your business. Use /ooc or // to speak "out of character" to other players.
- No backseat administration E.g RDM someone when they spawn because they did the same to you. If any staff see this happen you will be kicked not them.
- Don't be a minge.
- Don't mic spam. The playing of music is restricted to the hobo job.
- Under no circumstances are there to be black phys guns. instant kick if caught with one.
- As a donator inform the staff of any issues there are on the server. If there are currently no staff on you may use your votekick ability.
- Being a tool to others will not be tolerated by any staff member and they can deal with you how they see fit.
- If you use an alternate account to evade a ban you will be IP banned permanently.
- Any abuse of the tools provided will result in a restriction of that tool to yourself and possibly other players, remember the coriolis effect.
- No automatic money printer collectors, this includes using wire and buttons. If you are caught with any aparatus that collects money from printers you will be permanently banned.
- The only auto money pick up that is okay is for businesses using only a ranger and a user.
- Don't hide guns in or under props or in hard to reach areas.Building Rules:
- Don't build unraidable bases E.g one sided material props and shooting players through them.
- All fading doors must be set to a minimum of 5 seconds.
- No button activated shooting windows.
- No fading door abuse (pressing the key to open your fading door).
- Keypads must be located closely to the fading door, not in the next room.
- You can have 2 fading doors for your entrance (at least 2 body spaces wide and 4 long) this doesn't include any world doors.
- Bases cannot have sections of crouching to get in (tunneling).
- Only gangs can claim large areas of the map.
- KOS signs/lines apply to your base and not the street (no KOS if loitering signs).
- You cannot have a building sign whilst you have raidables (weapons or drugs or printers)
- No placing props on other peoples properties.
- No invisible props.
- You may build on the road as long as people can still get by without having to go through fading doors.
- Don't build unraidable bases E.g one sided material props and shooting players through them.
Raiding Rules:
- You may only kill in a raid if the person/s dont comply with what you ask or if they have a gun out. No killing unarmed players!
- Maximum amount of money for a mug/ransom is $5000.
- No mugging in public, this has to be done in an alley or tunnel.
- Raiding intervals on the same base is 10 minutes.
- No using drugs to give yourself an advantage in a raid.
- No healing whilst raiding.
- No camping of bases.
Job Specific Rules:
- You cannot solo raid if you are the leader of a gang (triad leader, Mafia boss etc).
- Mafia/triads/thieves cannot base together.
- You can only raid if you are a thief,mafia,triad. (no citizen thieves).
- Gun dealers cannot be hired to privately sell gangs guns.
- Gun dealers require a store to sell weapons, Black market dealers do not, however they must sell their goods out of sight E.g tunnels, alleyways, subway etc.
- Gun dealers should not supply themselves with firearms for free, at a discount but not for free as this is unfair on other users.
- Hobos can only build on the footpaths.
- Don't bugbait spam as a hobo or you will be demoted from that job for an hour.
- Hobos may not have weapons at any time the exception is the AngryHobo Swep.
- Doctors/Mayor may only have 1 handed weapons (Pistols).
- Security guards cannot participate in raids with gangs.
- Security guards can only work for Mayor/gun dealer and any store owners.
- Mayors "MUST" place a law board with laws.
- Laws must be realistic (Walking near the mayor is KOS) is not a realistic law.
- Law enforcement players must enforce the law.
- Max bail is $500 (bail is optional).
- Mayors security cannot act as police.
- You may only be secret service when there is a mayor, your job is to protect him.
- Arrests must have a valid reason behind them.
- Law enforcement players are not above the law.
- Terrorists may target any building/player they like however your terrorist power "exploding" is limited to one use per 10 mins so use it wisely.
- Sewer mutants may uprise once every 15 minutes.
- Sewer mutants may only use the weapon they spawn with.
- Sewer mutants cannot kill people who spawn in the sewer. This includes AFK players.
- Hitmen should only accept contracts if they provide a valid reason. Example of an invalid reason: Placing a hit on anyone for looking at you funny.
- Cinema Operator is the ONLY person to be using PlayX, the ONLY exceptions to the rule is when a player or another admin specifically asks the Cinema Operator to play a video and the response is yes.
